The Telford Residence Luxury 1BR/1BA with Den

A 1 bedroom with a real den in a brand-new building on Boston's Allston-Brighton innovation corridor — the size that actually fits one or two people on a long stay. King bed, a den that closes for work or a second sleeper, and a queen sofa bed. Sleeps six. Harvard's Allston campus is a walk down the same street, groceries are across it, and the bus outside runs straight to the Red Line. Two roof decks with skyline views, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.

Most one-bedrooms make you choose between sleeping well and working well. This one has a den, so you don't.

LONGER STAYS
Housekeeping can be scheduled during stays of 30 nights or more.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, plus resident access to both roof decks, the media room, the lounge, and the elevator.

Check-in is contactless — you'll receive your door code and full arrival instructions before you land.

Parking: This residence does not include garage parking. Street parking on Western Ave and the surrounding blocks is metered or resident-permit only and is not available to guests. If you're arriving with a car, message us before you book and we'll tell you what's available in the building and nearby.

We manage this home ourselves, and we are available for the entire stay.

Before you arrive you'll get your door code, directions, parking details, and everything else you need in one message — nothing to chase, no one to meet. We check in once shortly after you've settled to make sure the apartment is right. After that we stay out of your way.

If anything comes up, from a burned-out bulb to a question about the neighborhood, message us. We respond throughout the day, usually within the hour, and we'd rather hear about a problem on day one than read about it in a review.
